Tea Party Brings Bluebird Care Redbridge, Epping & Harlow’s Team Members And Customers Together
Customers and team members from local home care provider Bluebird Care Redbridge, Epping & Harlow have come together for a tea party to celebrate their efforts over the last year.
The leading home care provider, who is rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission, has hosted numerous parties for their customers over the years. However, after the event was rescheduled from Christmas, there was much anticipation amongst the attending guests as they could finally come together once again.
The party began with each guest greeted on arrival with a cup of tea and a cream and jam filled scone donated by The Cream Tea Society and Roddas, all delivered straight to their table by a traditional tea trolley.
Guests then got stuck into a fun-filled afternoon which included a much-enjoyed general knowledge quiz, ‘name that tune’, and plenty of dancing to music from Doris Day to Elvis Presley.
With an appetite worked up, customers then settled down to enjoy a selection of sandwiches prepared by the Bluebird Care Redbridge, Epping and Harlow team, and a selection of delicious cakes donated by local business Heron’s NEST, South Woodford. The day was brought to a close with a free raffle which ensured no customer was left empty-handed.
The party was a huge success, with a lovely uplifting atmosphere throughout the day. Everybody enjoyed the opportunity to be out having fun and are already looking forward to their next customer get-together.
