Cross Franchise Recognition

Tracey and Kevin McCormack,are the managing directors of 6 Bluebird Care franchises across Essex and East London.  Whilst each franchise is bounded by the same vision of 'serving the local community' and 'ensuring the customer remains at the heart of what we do, to", due to the differences in locations, people and communities each franchise has unique qualities which makes each Bluebird Care fantastically individualistic.  Today we recognize the qualities and characteristics of our Bluebird Care Maldon office, the umbrella values matched with the matured individual characteristics of this office results in the provision of an outstanding home care service, which we are so proud to offer.

Bluebird Care Maldon is a Satellite office operating within our Mid Essex region.
The Maldon team is headed up by the capable Tracy Poulson (Whom has worked within Bluebird Care for 4 years in various different roles), as office manager Tracy assists with co-ordinating customer/care assistant visits, ensuring care files comply with cqc recommendations, dealing with any customer / care worker queries, as well as ensuring her team are well supported and motivated.

Working alongside Tracy in the office, is care Supervisor Karen Burden (Whom has worked for Bluebird Care for 3 years). As care supervisor Karen is responsible for ensuring existing customers are happy with there care package and that their needs are fully met, and also it is Karen's role to provide inquiring customers with information about our services.

As an office team Tracy and Karen are one of a kind... Often referred to as 'Batman and Robin' as they are always on hand to help any care worker or customer in need. There heroic characteristics are really a testament to the great service that they continually provide to our Maldon customers.

Tracy and Karen's leadership and attitude is mirrored by the Bluebird Care Maldon care team whom constantly provide an outstanding home care service. 
Whenever you walk into the Bluebird Care Maldon office their notice board is filled with thank you cards and notes of recognition, evidence of the great care team that they are. (Pictured above)
