Home care in Epping from local Care Experts

Arranging care for your mum or dad brings a lot of questions. Who will come? Will they arrive on time? Will Mum feel at ease? We're here to help you answer them, without pressure.

Our Epping and Harlow team is part of Bluebird Care Redbridge. Bluebird Care Essex and Redbridge has been established for 17 years. We support people in Epping, Coopersale, Epping Green, Fiddlers Hamlet, Abridge and Harlow to stay safe and well at home. It's good to be home.

What we offer in Epping

  • Visiting home care, with visits of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Many families choose two or three one-hour visits a day, to help with getting up, meals, medication and getting ready for bed.

How it works

  1. A free home visit. We come to your parent's home at a time that suits you, and listen to what matters to them.
  2. A care plan built around your parent. It sets out what they need and how they like things done.
  3. Meet your Care Experts. We introduce the Care Experts who will be visiting, so your parent knows who to expect.
  4. Regular reviews. Needs change. We review the plan with you and update it.

Care that fits life in Epping

Epping is a market town with a long history. Its weekly market dates back to a charter granted in 1253 and still fills the High Street every Monday. If your mum has always done her shopping on market day, our Care Experts can help her keep that routine.

The town sits at the northern end of Epping Forest, and a drive out to the forest can be a lovely part of the week. Epping is also the end of the Central line, which makes it easier for family in London to visit.

We know the local health services too. St Margaret's Hospital in Epping and Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow serve many local families. If your parent is coming home after a hospital stay, we can talk with you about support for those first weeks.
