New Dementia Champion

As part of our commitment to provide high quality services we are introducing a number of key new roles which are designed to develop and train our staff as care champions.

As part of our commitment to provide high quality services we are introducing a number of key new roles which are designed to develop and train our staff as care champions.

We would like to congratulate Zoe Buck who has been promoted to be our new dementia champion.

Zoe started with us as a care worker and soon progressed to a recruitment role and now care supervisor.

Alongside her regular duties she will be working closely with other members of the team to put together some dementia workshops for all staff in the future.
