We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in June.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on 10th June 2016 and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers. Here are a selection of some of the comments made by our customers:

My mum has regular carers. We're very happy with them. They are well trained, their standards and behaviour are good."
Their people are very well trained, they are all very nice."
I have regular carers. I know them very well."

Director of Bluebird Care Elmbridge & Runnymede, Jonathan Billington, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. I would like to thank everyone for their commitment, passion and team work to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
