Frequently Asked Questions

This depends on how many care visits you have each week. It is very rare to have just one care assistant assigned to a particular customer, as our staff do not work 7 days per week (unless it is Live -in -Care), however we do understand the need for continuity and we do our best to keep the number of carers visiting to a minimum. 

When there are any changes to your care visits, we communicatet that to you as early as we can.
