October's Care Assistant of the Month

Congratulations to care assistant Jean Smith who has been nominated for October’s Care Assistant of the Month!
The award of employee of the month for October 2016 goes to Jean Smith for all of the positive feedback that we received from both her customers and colleagues alike.
Jean has built positive relationships with her customers and is always interested in what’s best for them and has shown to be an inspirational and motivational member of Bluebird Care Edinburgh’s care team. Recently, Jean used her self-leadership skills to help one of her customers get a new electric fire ordered and fitted as the old one was broken; Jean made sure she was there with her customer, when the engineer called and made sure everything went according to plan.
Jean is also very willing to help cover additional visits for, not only her regular customers, but also help out her colleagues too whenever possible.
