February 2020 Employee of the Month

Noel Gois is Bluebird Care Edinburgh' Employee of the month for February 2020.

Nominated by Sally McKay – Supervisor: I attended an OT assessment this morning where Noel took the lead.  He is new to care and has only been in the job a couple of weeks, however his attitude towards John was extremely caring and professional, very calming, soothing and patient, and he also showed knowledge of John even though he has only been there a few times.  The OTs made a comment about how nice he is. 
Verbal compliment received from the above customer’s family about how professional he was and how he remained so calm. This provided the family with confidence and reassurance that their father was being cared for so well.
