On the 27th February we attended the 6th annual Chamber of Commerce Business Awards at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa.
On the 27th February we attended the 6th annual Chamber of Commerce Business Awards at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa.The 2017 awards are a chance for Edinburgh businesses to gain recognition and celebrate the success. With 4 new categories added this year the awards were bigger and more competitive than ever.
Bluebird Care Edinburgh are very pleased to announce that we won the category for Innovation in Business as we demonstrated:
- A first in Scotland approach to technology, which improves integration amongst agencies working in the care sector
- Vastly improved communication with a wide range of customers
- Demonstrable efficiency savings
Both John and I are delighted with the award from the Chamber of Commerce, which recognises our commitment to industry leading technology and customer focus.
Integration and communication are key factors in our business and more importantly amongst agencies working within the care at home sector.
We feel that our ongoing commitment to improve our overall service to both our customers and staff, makes us stand out within the industry.
