We recently purchased customer Yvonne a bunch of flowers to brighten a challenging week.
Our customer Yvonne, who lives alone was going through a challenging time recently and to put a smile on her face, we headed out to the local florist and purchased a beautiful bunch of flowers to put a smile on her face.
Yvonne was delighted with the visit and gift, which really did make a big difference. Her regular care assistant Coral was visiting at the time to support with lunch and made sure to sort out a vase before leaving and the flowers were there to brighten the room.
Thank you for these beautiful flowers. They really do hit the spot and were a lovely surprise, going a long way to lifting the mood.
