Thank you to our senior care assistant Mandy Naldrett for the level of support she gives to all staff both in the office and out in the field.

Mandy is very approachable and knows all staff so well she can identify and address any issues that arise, this is an amazing ability and allows us to support the staff through anything they are dealing with during this challenging time.

We are very excited to be getting Mandy onto the train the trainer moving and handling course in February so she can become an official trainer. Well done and thank you for all that you do.
