Congratulations to Natalie Hoare for receiving Care Assistant of the Month award for August 2020. Natalie has been working with one of our customers who has dementia and from the very first call has been able to reassure and build a bond with this lady that has made an incredible difference to her family support network.
Well done Natalie for going above and beyond to put this wonderful family at ease. We receive compliments weekly on the level of care you deliver and they are very happy with our service.
