Congratulations to Cathryn Graham who has recently joined our senior care worker team at Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden!
Congratulations to Cathryn Graham who has recently joined our senior care worker team. Cathryn is on the career pathway and will be starting her level 3 in Health & Social Care, Cathryn is joining Mandy, Erin & Jordan within this role.
Cathryn’s background in management gives her a good understanding of the business, this will aid her as she works along side the rest of the team to complete supervisions, customer reviews, and provide out of hours support alongside the office staff.
Cathryn joined us in 2018 with no previous care experience, and in a short time excelled within the role. After 9 months maternity leave, we were delighted to welcome Cathryn back to work in October.
Colleagues and customers compliment Cat’s level of care on a regular basis, with many of them requesting her to be their main carer. Cathryn brightens the day of both customers and colleagues.
