Congratulations to Yvonne MacDonald on receiving Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden Care Worker of the Month award for May 2019! 

Yvonne is one of our 24 hour live-in care workers and has been working long term with one of our customers who initially was apprehensive about having a care worker there, and was nervous about going out.

Yvonne has been able to build his confidence to go out. Yvonne interacts with the customer doing tasks he enjoys, such as dance lessons, going to tea dances, booking tickets to events that he will enjoy, and going for drives to visit his family and friends.

The customer and his family are very happy with the care and support Yvonne provides.
