Care Worker of the Month for April 2019

Congratulations to Elaine Lawson who has been selected to be Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden's Care Worker of the Month for April 2019.

Congratulations to Elaine Lawson on receiving April 2019 Care Worker of the month award.

Elaine is one of our 24 hour live-in care workers and has been providing palliative care for one of our long standing customers for the last few months. Elaine was nominated by many members of the domiciliary care team to receive this award, due to her dedication and exceptional care she provided.

Elaine communicates with the office extremely well with every customer she cares for but with this particular package she did amazingly well to coordinate between hospice teams, doctors, the family and us.

Well done Elaine you did this customer and us very proud.
