Penny Meakin - Registered Manager
Penny is our Registered Manager she is legally accountable of providing a home care service who has been registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Her primary responsibility is the day-to-day running of a regulated service ensuring the safe delivery of high-quality, person centred care. She is responsible for meeting regulatory requirements, manage staff, training staff, oversee operations and act as main point of contact for regulator.
Sarah Cummings - Office Manager/Care Coordinator
Sarah has been here since the beginning now in her 15th year. Sarah oversees Bluebird Care administrative operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. Her key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, coordinating various office tasks and ensuring seamless communication between our expert carers and customers the central point of contact. Developing care plans on a rota basis. Providing on going support to our customers receiving home care while keeping an eye on their general well-being and health from reports carried out by our expert care team.
