Coral Taylor - Care Supervisor
Coral started at Bluebird Care 5 years ago as a carer and she pivots between in the office as a Care supervisor and providing home care visits. She manages our Expert Carers while ensuring home care plans are followed and upholding quality standards ensuring client satisfaction. Her role requires field-based both practical community work and administrative tasks requiring compassionate communication skills.
Cathryn Graham
Has been with Bluebird Care on and off due to maternity leave for a fair few years. Cathryn works as a team leader at Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden providing guidance to the staff team and supporting customers to ensure their care needs are met to a high standard while providing heart felt quality care. She was recently described by a customer as a “ray of sunshine”.
