Community Health & Wellness Day Announced by Coda Pharmacy in Eastbourne

Residents across East Sussex are being invited to prioritize their wellbeing next month as Community Health & Wellness Day, hosted by Coda Pharmacy, takes place in the heart of Eastbourne.

The free community event will be held at The Beacon, Gather, in Eastbourne on 14 March 2026, running from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

As the organising company, Coda Pharmacy will be leading the day’s activities, offering expert pharmacist advice, alongside free blood pressure checks and BMI assessments, giving local residents the opportunity to monitor important health indicators at no cost.

Extensive Line-Up of Healthcare Professionals

Coda Pharmacy has partnered with a wide range of healthcare specialists who will be delivering advice, services and support throughout the four-hour event.

Dental guidance will be available from Beatty Dental, while musculoskeletal (MSK) support will be provided by Alice Chen.

Foot care services will be delivered by Sussex Footcare, alongside nutrition and cellular health advice from Lynne Matthews Holistic Health Eastbourne.

Mental health support will be offered by MyLifeMe, ensuring psychological wellbeing is addressed alongside physical health concerns.

Chiropractic care advice will be available from Lushington Chiropractic, giving residents the opportunity to discuss spinal and musculoskeletal health directly with specialists.

Support for Families, Pets and Care Needs

The event also extends to pet owners, with health checks and nail clippings provided by Rosebury Vets.

Emergency first aid support and advice will be delivered by St John Ambulance, reinforcing the event’s focus on safety and preparedness within the community.

In addition, attendees seeking guidance on care arrangements will be able to speak with representatives from Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden, who will provide information on home and live-in care services.
