Congratulations to one of our newest carers, Lizzie Brown on being awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ for April 2022.

Lizzie joined our team in January this year and has become an outstanding carer.

She is always happy and never lets anything dull her sparkle. Lizzie’s communication and attention to detail in reporting concerns are exceptional as well as ensuring she is very thorough in all her work and record keeping.

Lizzie is a true team player and always offers up any free time she has to help others whether, that be picking up additional work at Bluebird Care or volunteering for charity work.

Amazing work and well done Lizzie.  Thank you for going above and beyond in all that you do. We are so proud of you!!!
