Congratulations to Viktorija Zelvyte and Ravi Vadukul on being recognised and awarded.
Our first ‘Employee of the Month’ Viktorija joined Bluebird Care in November 2021 after having previously worked for another homecare provider. Viktorija has now completed her Care Certificate with us, and we are delighted that she has successfully passed her probation. Viktorija offers an exceptional level of care and is extremely thorough in all that she does. She has received several compliments from her colleagues recently, stating:
she is really good at her job
she is great with the customers.

Our second ‘Employee of the Month’ has been awarded to Rav, our Business Support Officer. A lot of Rav’s work takes place behind the scenes, and he is responsible for the monitoring of our call log in system. He works with our coordinator to identify trends and patterns which in turn allows us to amend customer visits to better suit their needs. Recently Rav highlighted that care visits for two customers were running over their durations, this triggering a review of the customers’ care and support plans and as a result, we are delighted to now be offering additional services to these customers to help them live more independently. He also makes a mean hot chocolate!
Well done to both Viktorija and Rav. Thank you for all that you do, we are so proud of you both!!
