Emma has been awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ due to her true passion for care and makes it her life’s work to bring smiles to the faces of her customers.
Over the past year, Emma has shown a great level of commitment throughout the pandemic, always willing to offer her support at any given time, from covering calls at short notice to cooking and delivering lunches to customers who have no family, and all this within her own time. She continuously delivers 5 star care to our customers and as a result we have received numerous compliments regarding the care she provides:
I tell you what, you have a real good one in Emma, she is brilliant, she does everything I need, I don’t even have to ask her. She always looks around to see what else she can do for me. Make sure you don’t let her go!
