Celebrating and recognising our East Devon Team!

Here at Bluebird Care East Devon we know how important our colleagues are to the happiness and wellbeing of our customers but also to the success of our business, that’s why we take time each quarter to recognise their achievements and to give them a big thanks!

Here at Bluebird Care East Devon we take time each month to recognise and thank our wonderful staff for their achievements and service milestones.

The last few months have seen lots of the team from East Devon celebrating passing their probationary period with Bluebird Care, so on the 9^th February 2016 we held presentation afternoon in a local hotel where we could all come together to celebrate and say thanks! 
 
Hannah, Katherine, Georgina and Laura have all recently completed their probationary period and were awarded with their end of probation certificate.

The girls are all fab Care Workers and consistently receive positive feedback from both customers and other team members. Several of their customers have commented how they have enjoyed seeing the girls grow in confidence in their job and what wonderful Care Workers they are turning into.

Sarah Routley who is one of our Supervisors was also presented with her end of probation certificate.  Sarah is an asset to the East Devon Team ensuring that the service we are providing to our customers is outstanding, and that our Care Workers feel supported in their roles. Sarah acts as a mentor to our ‘new to care’ Care Workers, supporting them through their first weeks with us and beyond, ensuring their queries and concerns are listened to and acted upon.

Being Shrove Tuesday we couldn’t let the afternoon pass without treating the team to pancakes and other sweet treats, it was a great way to celebrate their achievements.

Georgina Ellis was also awarded Care Worker of the Month for her commitment to Bluebird Care and her customers – whom she says are all her favourites!
