Celebrating and recognising our East Devon Team!

Here at Bluebird Care Exeter and East Devon we know how important our colleagues are to the happiness and wellbeing of our customers but also to the success of our business, that’s why we take time each month to recognise their achievements and to give them a big thanks!
Here at Bluebird Care East Devon we take time each month to recognise and thank our wonderful staff for their achievements and service milestones.June and July saw lots of the team from East Devon celebrating long service achievements so on the 16th July 2015 we held a mini party in our Ottery St Mary office where we could all come together to celebrate and say thanks!
Amanda, Kim and Kirsty are three of our longest standing employees and are all celebrating two years with Bluebird Care East Devon. Amanda and Kirsty are mother and daughter and they both have a shared passion for what they do and work so hard for our Customers. Kim mainly works nights for us and receives so many comments about how safe and comfortable she makes our Customers feel. We are extremely lucky to have had these three lovely ladies for two years – especially as Bluebird Care East Devon only celebrated its second birthday in October 2014!
We also had two people celebrating one year with Bluebird Care East Devon – Maria and Melissa. Maria has also recently been promoted to Assistant Supervisor in recognition of all her hard work and commitment – congratulations Maria! Melissa is one of our superstars! She goes above and beyond for each and every Customer and is a great support to newer Care Workers too.
Rebecca and Kirsty were also recognised for their achievement in passing their probationary period. Rebecca works so hard on building a great rapport with Customers – she made us very jealous showing us photos of the cakes she’s baked with one Customer! Kirsty is our Supervisor in East Devon and works extremely hard to ensure all our Customer’s needs are met and provides supervision and career guidance for other Care Workers.
