Bluebird Care East Devon are delighted to announce that they’ve scored an amazing 95% in their annual compliance audit!

Every year our offices are audited by a Regional Quality Manager from the Bluebird Care Head Office. Audits are undertaken to ensure our services are operating in accordance with defined operating standards and practices.

The quality of our service is based on Bluebird Care core values of competence, reliability, responsiveness, confidentiality, understanding, courtesy, credibility, accessibility, and consistency.

William Flint, Director says:

Recently we were visited by our regional Quality Manager from the national Bluebird Care UK team. We would like to say a big thank you to our staff for their ongoing hard work and commitment, which is reflected in the score and the feedback we received.

The Quality Assurance processes we use are designed to provide continuous measurement of our success in meeting standards, whilst regularly monitoring and recognising opportunities for developing and improving our systems. We are committed to demonstrating a measurable and positive contribution to the health and wellbeing of our customers.
