Here at Bluebird Care East Devon we encourage our office staff to use the app Yulife.
The app rewards small behavioural changes, like walking or meditating, with a wellbeing currency YuCoin. The YuCoin can then be exchanged for vouchers and discounts.
Alonside there are free services available such as 24/7 GP, mental health support, free will-writing service, life and career coaching.
Bluebird Care East Devon are happy to support our office staff in their work life balance.
