We are delighted to announce that for the second year running our staff training has achieved national accreditation again under the umbrella of “Trainer Courses”.

We are delighted to announce that for the second year running our staff training has achieved national accreditation again under the umbrella of “Trainer Courses”.

Training is key to every staff members journey in to a career with Bluebird Care, for us therefore it isn’t good enough to just come up with some training that we think works.  We value our staff and their time and so we want to deliver to them a high degree of quality in their training so they have the confidence and resources to work independently in the community.

Debbie, our Training Manager, is doing an excellent job of inducting our team. We believe its having a direct impact on our retention which has risen to over 80% compared to a sector average of 47%.
