Meet the team

Debbie has been working with Bluebird Care since April 2016, after working withibn the healthcare sector for over 9 years.  As Training Manager, Debbie works together with all three Care Hubs in Exeter, Exmouth & East Devon to raise the training at Bluebird Care to the next level. 

She was recently promoted to Quality and Training Manager.

Boudicca joined Bluebird Care in February 2022 after working freelance for them for a number of months. She looks after the digital elements of marketing for our four hubs, Exeter, Exmouth, East and West Devon.  

Rachael has worked for Bluebird Care since February 2015. She recruits the best possible candidates for our customers in the East Devon area and she takes pride in knowing that our valued customers are in capable and caring hands.
