Popular homecare provider, Bluebird Care, is pleased to announce a whole host of new job opportunities this Autumn.

With their office based in Pitshanger Lane, Bluebird Care already employ dedicated top-quality staff who provide care and support to the elderly, people with physical disabilities and adults with learning difficulties across the Ealing area.

Care Manager, Dean Morley, commented: “Employing committed and passionate staff has been a huge part of our success over the last decade. We will only ever be as good as the staff we employ, and ours are excellent! They are always professional and have real empathy for the people they care for.”

Over the next 3 months, the organisation hopes to go even further by more employing team leaders such as supervisors and compliance officers as well as including more promotion opportunities for care assistants.

Dean added: The elderly and vulnerable members of our community are going to need more support than ever before to get through the winter. The pandemic has seen not only a decrease in physical health but also mental health too. As a care provider it is often our care assistants who offer companionship and a friendly face for our customers who otherwise would spend a lot of time on their own. We take pride in thoroughly supporting our amazing care assistants by employing highly qualified supervisors and compliance officers to ensure the wellbeing of our frontline workers.

Our team help to make a difference to the lives of our customers. We are looking for individuals who want to give something back to their community and support others. We offer a rewarding career, many benefits and career progression. Why not give us a call for a friendly chat about what employment opportunities we have for you.”

Working for Bluebird Care provides good pay rates, a pension scheme, training, early pay scheme, paid holidays and sickness pay.
