Salaries increase at Bluebird Care Ealing!

For the third year running, award winning local home care provider Bluebird Care Ealing has increased their pay rates!

For the third year running, award winning local home care provider Bluebird Care Ealing has increased their pay rates!

As of 1st January 2021, there will be a 6.5% increase in their hourly rate from £10.75 to £11.50. This is compared to £9.50 in 2018, therefore a total 17.5% in the last 3 years. It reflects the hard work and commitment that their care assistants tirelessly maintain. Bluebird Care Ealing has also started offering guaranteed hour contracts to their care workers unlike the usual zero-hour contracts in domiciliary care.

Sarah, a care assistant at Bluebird Care Ealing, commented: “The extra pay is very much welcomed, it means that I am able to save more and spend some of it on treats for myself and family.
