Our aim with #fun4careres has always been to take the opportunity once ever month to give back. We want to thank our carers at every opportunity we can.

Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forrest & Malvern Hills began a campaign a year ago to give our carers a small event each month. These events are accessible to all and all our carers to take out a small portion of their day to take part in a fun task! These task have included things such as guess the song from emojis, how many chocolate tennis balls in the jar as well as other fun evens that have been themed throughout the year. 

Our aim with #fun4careres has always been to take the opportunity once ever month to give back. We want to thank our carers at every opportunity we can. By creating these fun events for them we hop to brighten their day as well as give them an opportunity to win a personalised prize. Here at Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest & MalvernHills we really do want our carers to see their vital role as ‘more than just a career in care’. Each and every one of our carers in a valued part of our Bluebird family. In creating this environment, with the help of #fun4careers we are Abel to give the custom the care the deserve with our happy and committed care assistance and office staff. We know that this working as over the course of the year our reviews have only continued to increase and become even more personal to our wonderful staff. We strive to make a working environment more than just a norma working environment. We really are a family here at Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest & Malvern Hills.

To spread our message of kindness we wanted to create a campaign that could stretch even further to our wonderful customers. ‘Customer Sparkle’ is a new event whereby our brilliant care staff get to nominate a customer of their choice to win a prize. This prize ,as ever, is a personalised prize. We like to engage and learn more about both our customer and carers so we are able to reward them with things they will enjoy the most. It is important to us that we spread a little sparkle to our customers as they are all valued.

We are excited to continue to develop campaigns that can be far reaching and tailored to each and every person within Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest & Malvern Hills. Our customer and carers are each individually valued and we want to show the sin any way that we can. We are so happy with the success of #fun4careres over the past year and seeing how it has impacted our carers work life is phenomenal. We are so excited to see the development of ‘Customer Sparkly’ over the coming year as we spread the sparkle out even further to our incredible customers.
