Our Care Supervisor Sophie Completes Training Qualifications

Our amazing care supervisor Sophie has completed two training courses

Our lovely care supervisor Sophie has been very busy recently. She has been working hard and taking part in some very important training courses.  We are proud to announce that Sophie has been awarded not one but TWO training qualifications.  Sophie has been awarded her Level 3 Medications Awareness Trainer award and also her Level 3 People Movers Moving & Handling Trainer/Assessor award. 

We are so proud of Sophie for this great achievement.  Not only does Sophie work incredibly hard as a care supervisor, providing support and guidance for our care assistants that are providing healthcare at home, but she is also going above and beyond to gain further training to support her in her role.  We asked Sophie about her recent achievement and this is what she had to say:

"I have recently undertaken some training courses so that I can deliver Bluebird Care's training to our new and existing care team. My certificates arrived today on, funnily enough, the day that I also led my first session which I really enjoyed. I feel privileged to be given the opportunity to put my care knowledge to good use in teaching our new staff how to deliver high-quality care here at Bluebird"
