Jayne is awarded the Carer of the Year award 2020 from the West Midlands Care Association.
2020 is clearly a year like no other, but we continue to go from strength to strength.
This year we have had two of our staff shortlisted in different categories in the West Midlands Care Association awards. Katie was shortlisted in the Newcomer of the Year category for the excellent contribution that she has made since joining us in December 2019 and Jayne was shortlisted in the Carer of the Year award.
Although the awards ceremony was online this year, we are delighted to announce that Jayne was successful in her category and is now rightly recognized for the excellent care that she provides. Jayne was sitting in her car, waiting to go to the hairdresser, when she was surprised by our Care Manager, Ellen to hand over the award to a surprised and delighted Jayne.
Jayne epitomizes the qualities that we look for in our Carers and we are delighted to have her in the team - well done Jayne.
