At Bluebird Care Dudley and Kidderminster we know that life does not always go to plan so our flexible care membership is perfect for people who want to book care on their terms.
What is Flexible Care Membership?
Our flexible care membership is there for when you just want ad hoc care rather than a regular care visit.
Maybe you just want someone to take you to a social group once a month, or you just need someone to take your Mum shopping while you go on holiday for a week or maybe Dad’s hospital appointment has come through for the same week as your holiday and you need someone to take him. Whether it’s cover for Nan while you attend a family wedding or a couple of wellbeing checks for your Grandad while you are away for a week our flexible care package could be just what you need.
Setting up your Care Membership
An Annual Membership fee
A simple £100 fee covers your initial consultation and the preparation of a personalised care plan, ready for when you need us. We will also carry out a health and wellbeing check while we are there if your loved one agrees. We are then ready to go as soon as you contact us and advise us that you need us.
At the end of each year we will contact you to see if you want to stay on as a member – if you do then you pay a £25.00 annual membership fee and we will review your care plan, to ensure that everything is still up to date and keep you on our scheme. If you choose not to renew then we will close your membership, there is no obligation to continue and no further fees.
Pay-as-you-go
Book care visits whenever you need them and pay only for what you use. There is no notice period or minimum requirement as to the amount of care you book.
7am – 10pm Daily Care visits
Our team is available 7 days a week. If you give us 14 days’ notice, we guarantee availability. We will always do our best to accommodate shorter notice but you may not get the exact time that you are looking for although we will get as close to it as we can.
Overnight Care
We do not offer visits after 10pm or before 7am but we do provide overnight care where the carer will be with you overnight. If you need to know more about this contact our friendly team.
