We are supporting Mental Health Awareness Week from 18th - 24th May. This year's theme is 'Kindness Matters' and this is certainly relevant to the support our team provide!

As we are all playing our part in the war against COVID-19, the kindness that our amazing team of Care Assistants show to our customers each and every day is a big part of the support that they provide.

The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week was chosen because of its singular ability to unlock our shared humanity. Kindness strengthens relationships, develops community and deepens solidarity.

Kindness has the power to create community, support and hope

It is a cornerstone of our individual and collective mental health. Wisdom from every culture across history recognises that kindness is something that all human beings need to experience and practise to be fully alive.

Kindness matters in every day lives and our goal is to celebrate the kindness that is already flowing at this time. We have seen it in efforts of Captain Tom Moore along with the efforts that our amazing team of Care Assistants make each and every day!

We will be supporting Mental Health Awareness Week by sharing acts of kindness and celebrating the kindness that our staff show our customers each and every day!
