We are absolutely delighted to announce that Caroline has received our Live-in Care Assistant of The Month Award!
Caroline lives with our customers to provide ongoing support in their own homes and is extremely passionate about the care she provides for her customers.
Caroline's kind, gentle and loving actions completely put her customer at ease.
She received this month's award following excellent feedback from the son of her customer who was so very thankful for the support that she provided.
Caroline's customer was new to live-in care and very reluctant to have support set up at the beginning. Through her patience and loving, gentle actions, Caroline put her customer at ease and built up an excellent relationship.
As a thank-you and congratulations, Caroline received a certificate and thoughtful gift from the team so she can treat herself.
