Live In Customer Outing

As part of our ongoing commitment to continually going above and beyond for our customers, we regularly arrange outings and recently arranged for live in customer Shirley to head out for lunch with her Care Assistant Neshka. They headed down to a popular place of choice, being Notcutts garden centre in Tonbridge. Shirley loves her garden and has been an avid gardener throughout her life - regularly visiting garden centres.

Shirley tucked into a filling Quiche and Salad for lunch and the pair had a stroll round the garden centre, purchasing a plant for the garden.
Live in Care Manager Liz commented:
Shirley's daughter arranged live in care for her because they live in Canada and Shirley wanted to stay at home.
When we set the care up originally she moved her flight to return to Canada earlier as she was so comfortable with the care support we were providing.
Neshka does a fantastic job supporting Shirley and I feel that our customer outings are a lovely way of demonstrating how we go that extra step further for our customers.
We arrange an outing for our live in care customers each quarter and I am very much looking forward to the next one!
