Announcing Our Live In Care Assistant Of The Year

We are proud to announce that our first ever Live in Care Assistant of the year award has gone to Audrey!
We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have introduced a brand new award this year to recognise a Live in Care Assistant who has been outstanding in their role.
It is incredibly hard to pick just one member of staff as all of our Live in Care Assistants do an excellent job supporting customers. We are proud to announce however, that our first ever Live in Care Assistant of the year award has gone to Audrey!
Audrey has been nominated by each of our teams across Kent for her outstanding approach to the role and passion that she shows.
She joined our team in August 2014 since when she has been dedicated to helping our live in care customers remain at home for as long as possible.
We also regularly receive compliments from her customers and her regular customer Jean commented:
Audrey received a certificate along with a box of chocolates and flowers from Live in Care Manager Liz. Liz also booked a treat for her to enjoy with her mum and will be sending her for a posh afternoon tea at the Secret Garden in Ashford.

In addition, Audrey's paperwork is impeccable. It is so good that she has now set the standard for other embers of staff and her paperwork is used to train other members of staff!
