Thanking Our Incredible Team

We would like to thank our incredible care team for the outstanding effort that they have put in to supporting our customers over the past few days. We have experienced some of the worst weather conditions for a decade in Kent and our staff have pulled out all the stops to support our customers.

Our teams have located 4x4s, walked for miles, helped each other out of the snow, covered for each other when stuck, pushed, towed and repaired cars, worked extra and above all, made sure that our customers are safe and well.
We have received numerous compliments and messages of thanks from our customers and partner healthcare professionals. Some who were not expecting a visit due to the weather even phoning us to make sure our Care Assistant got home or to their next call ok.
Clare, Operations Manager commented:
This week has seen some unprecedented conditions and have really put our contingency plans to the test. Through the dedication of our care teams, customers have continued to receive the necessary care support.
Many of our customers are elderly and vulnerable. It is through times like this that they need support the most and our teams have pulled together with determination to ensure that this continues no matter what happens.
We always say that our staff are passionate, however this week has been a real demonstration of this. I would personally like to thank our office and care teams for their upbeat outlook and approach throughout the week.
