Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping awarded Finalist at their Annual National Conference

Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping have been recognised for their continued efforts within the organisation by being awarded one of the Spotlight of the Year Finalist awards.

Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping have been recognised for their continued efforts within the organisation by being awarded one of the Spotlight of the Year Finalist awards. The local home and live-care provider was selected from over 200 Bluebird Care franchises across the country, having been part of the network for almost 3 years and continue to demonstrate commitment and passion to grow a successful Bluebird Care business.

The business although trading for ten years was taken over by new management in 2017 and since then has grown from strength to strength. The care quality commission had nothing but praise for the business, this was followed by local authority audits and excellent feedback received from customer as well as the staff team

Bluebird Care held their annual conference at the De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor on Friday 27th September, where they invited all franchise owners to join the franchise support team and senior members of Bluebird Care to hear from sector leading experts, and network with a number of exhibitors at the conference.

The theme of this year’s conference was ‘Driving Excellence’, with the Bluebird Care senior team showcasing some excellent examples of what high quality care looks like, as well as the importance of people and how to recruit the very best in care.

The event also had well known speakers from the sector who come for the day and spoke to franchise owners. These included:

•           Jennifer Sheets President and CEO of Caring Brands International and Interim HealthCare Inc

•           Sally Gunnell OBE

•           Colin Maclachlan
