World Tea day ☕️
We celebrated world tea day by visiting our lovely customer Mary. Her live in Carer Gertrude dug out Mary's tea set and she was so pleased as she hadn't used it in years. Mary had lots of chocolate cake and we even had a little sing and dance! Its moments like these that mean the most to us. Mary spoke with her next of kin after and said she had a wonderful day! 💙
Customer & Carer of the month - May
There's nothing we love more than shining a spotlight on the wonderful people at the heart of our care community — which is exactly why we celebrate a Customer of the Month and a Carer of the Month every single month! 💙
Our Customer of the Month is chosen completely at random — a lovely little surprise, with an impromptu visit and a small gift to brighten their day. ✨
Our Carer of the Month, on the other hand, is all about celebrating those team members who consistently go that extra mile — delivering care with heart, dedication and that little something special. ⭐
May's shining star is Gertrude! Thank you Gertrude for the support you provided Mary whilst she was in hospital, your really helped to keep her spirits up!
May's Customer of the month is..... Marcelle! we are due to visit her soon with a little gift 🎁
