We're so proud to share that our latest CQC inspection report, published 26th June 2026, has rated us GOOD — across every single assessed area. 💙
This result is a reflection of the incredible people who make Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford and Wapping what it is — our carers, office team, customers, and families. Every single day, you show up with compassion, professionalism, and heart. This one's for you.
Here's what the CQC found:

Stars of Social Care Awards
What. A. Night! 🎉 We attended the Stars of Social Care Awards 2026 and we are still buzzing! Our incredible finalists had the most amazing evening — meeting the lovely Josie Gibson, enjoying a fabulous dinner, and dancing the night away! 💃🕺
But of course, the real highlight was celebrating the outstanding people in our teams. We are SO proud to share that we walked away with not one, but TWO Highly Commended Awards:

Customer Engagement
One of our favourite parts of what we do is spending quality time with our customers beyond their day-to-day care.
Over the past few months, we've enjoyed celebrating special occasions together, including World Tea Day ☕, VE Day 🇬🇧, and Father's Day 💙. These visits are a wonderful opportunity to share a chat, have a laugh, reminisce, and, most importantly, put a smile on our customers' faces.
It's the little moments that often mean the most, and we love creating memories with the amazing people we support.
Fathers Day
One of our customer's fathers works tirelessly alongside our carers, doing all he can to support his sons every single day — ensuring they are safe, happy and looked after with so much love. So we thought he deserved a little surprise! 🎉
We got the boys to each make a card for their Dad, and together we put on a special Father's Day treat for him. Seeing his reaction as he read the cards from his sons was truly touching — a moment none of us will forget. 🥹❤️
Carers week celebrations!
To celebrate Carers Week, we swapped care plans for cake, visits for dancing, and spent some well-deserved time celebrating our incredible team! 💙🕺🍰
There was laughter, music, plenty of snacks, a few questionable dance moves, and lots of fun as we came together to say a huge THANK YOU to our wonderful carers.
Every day, our carers go above and beyond to support our customers with kindness, compassion, and dedication. Carers Week is the perfect opportunity to recognise the amazing difference they make, and this week we made sure they felt as appreciated as they deserve!
