We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in August.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on 19 August 2016 and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers. Here are a selection of some of the comments made by our customers:

"The carers have a good relationship with my relative, they are affectionate, they jolly along, and they get a good response, the affection is reciprocated."

"I am very pleased with the care package I receive from Bluebird Care, it is a considerable help to me."

"I am happy with all the carers, all of them are good. I am happy with my service."
Director of Bluebird Care Northampton & Daventry, Rozina Sayani, commented;

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. I would like to thank everyone for their commitment, passion and team work to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
