Care Assistant of the Month Awards

Care Assistant of the Month Awards presented to a number of staff from Bluebird Care Croydon

A number of staff from Bluebird Care Croydon were presented with Care Assistant of the Month Awards at their recent meeting.

This award is presented on a monthly basis with a £50 voucher. To qualify you need the have met the following standards - no sickness, no lateness, a can do attitude, helpfulness, going above the normal call of duty and compliments from customers.

- The winner of the Care Worker of the Month – June, who wins £50 in vouchers, is Yvonne Mayhew for helping a customer though a difficult period.

- The winner of the Care Worker of the Month – July, who wins £50 in vouchers, is Shara Kinsey for going above and beyond in covering sickness.

- The winner of the Care Worker of the Month – August, who wins £50 in vouchers, is Heather Honeychurch for picking up extra customers outside their availability, especially evenings and weekends.

- The winner of the Care Worker of the Month – September, who wins £50 in vouchers, is Sandra Tyrrel for picking up extra customers outside their availability.

All will now go though to our Care Assistant of the Year final in December.
