Croydon Care Company Awarded 5 Star Award – in the Best Employers in Care Awards
The Best Employers in Care Awards are managed by Smith & Henderson a leading research company. Over 120 organisations including blue chip companies like McDonalds, o2 and the Post Office rely on Smith & Henderson to help measure and improve employee engagement, retention and customer satisfaction.
Since 2012 they have worked with care providers, helping them to improve carer engagement, reduce staff turnover and improve customer satisfaction. The purpose of the Best Employers in Care Awards is to help care providers improve.
