We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in January.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in January.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out over two days on 14th and 18th January and we are happy to announce that we received an overall rating of ‘good’ with an ‘outstanding’ for the ‘Is this service caring?’ criteria.

Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers and their relatives. Here are a selection of some of the comments made:

We're absolutely delighted. It's great to find a care company that cares so much,"
Everyone I have met so far is compassionate and caring and wants the best for each individual."
They are brilliant, friendly and do everything I ask. I have no idea what I would do without them."
Other comments included, “I can’t give them enough praise” and “They’re excellent”. These statements were mirrored by health and social care professionals who described the service as ‘gold star’ and a service they would want for their own relative.

Director of Bluebird Care Cornwall North, Sylvia Sayers, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
