We were delighted to have celebrated Alison Hoather's fifth anniversary as a Care Assistant at Bluebird Care Cornwall North last week. Alison is a valuable member of the team and we are extremely grateful for her efforts with both customers and other staff.

Speaking highly of Bluebird Care Cornwall North, Alison was proud to be a part of a company which has such a 'brilliant reputation for caring'.

To celebrate Alison and the team headed to The Port William at Trebarwith Strand for lunch. Having spent the morning with Bluebird Care Cornwall North's very first customer, Alison reflected on her five years as part of the team. Having met and worked with some lovely customers, Alison emphasised the need for a strong connection with each individual and a good team atmosphere.

Alison has lived in Warbstow for the past 20 years and has been visiting the area since she was seven. Outside of work, Alison is a member of the Out of Eden Methodist Chapel congregation and is currently working towards a Level 3 Teaching and Training Qualification.

Alison's hard work and dedication is admirable and we are proud to have her as the 'Team Mother Hen'!
