Liam Jones Davies
Liam joins Bluebird Care after a decade of experience in the corporate world. Liam knew the time had come to put the skills and experience gained in finance and business development to good use, and Bluebird Care was the perfect choice! Liam is extremely proud to lead one of the few CQC Outstanding rated providers in the county. Liam believes having a well-trained, well supported, and happy workforce is key to delivering smiles on customers faces day after day. Away from work when he is not following Manchester United, he likes to spend time with his partner, son and their dogs on country walks and enjoying pub lunches.

Melissa Moore
Working closely alongside Liam, Melissa is our General Manager. With a first-class degree in business and management, Melissa has over ten years management experience and has managed teams of over one hundred and fifty people. Through her management experience Melissa brings strong leadership skills to the team, such as planning and problem solving, with a focus on ensuring a strong and consistent internal structure within the service. Through personal experiences, Melissa has experienced how life-changing a reliable care service can be, and has recognised how her own experiences have resulted in a passion for being a part of a service, which aims to go above and beyond in the care that it provides for its customers. Bluebird Care Cheshire East embodies a real family feel, with a person-centred approach which ensures our customers are at the heart of what we do. Bluebird Care felt like the perfect fit for Melissa, as a new mum she has come to deeply appreciate the importance of family and strives to replicate these values within the service.
Jake Jones Davies
Jake brings 6 years of experience in sales and marketing, combined with a strong background in customer service that has shaped his people-first approach to everything he does. Throughout his career, Jake has developed a keen understanding of what clients and families are looking for — building trust, communicating clearly, and always going the extra mile to ensure every interaction feels personal and meaningful. His experience across both sales and customer-facing roles has given him a well-rounded skill set that he brings to his work with Bluebird Care Conwy & Denbighshire every day. Jake understands that choosing a care provider is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and he is committed to making that journey as straightforward and reassuring as possible.
Ellie Grindrod
Ellie brings a wealth of clinical expertise to her role as Registered Manager at Bluebird Care Conwy & Denbighshire, with 5 years of nursing experience spanning vascular care and post-anaesthetic care. Her background in these highly specialised fields has equipped her with an exceptional level of medical knowledge, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and confident in complex and demanding situations. Having worked closely with patients during some of the most critical and vulnerable moments of their lives, Ellie has developed a deep sense of compassion and a thorough understanding of what truly person-centred care looks like in practice. She knows that outstanding care goes beyond clinical excellence — it is about dignity, respect, and making every individual feel safe and valued.

Denise Parry - Deputy Manager
With 24 years of experience in the care industry, Denise has built a career defined by dedication, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. Her journey began in residential care, before progressing into domiciliary care — giving her a broad and well-rounded understanding of the many different environments and needs that individuals and families face. Over the years, Denise has developed her professional knowledge through continued learning, holding QCF qualifications at Levels 2, 3, and 5 in both Care and Business Administration. This combination of clinical and operational expertise has allowed her to excel not only in hands-on care, but also in the effective management and running of care services. Denise's wealth of experience, combined with her genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives, makes her an integral part of the Bluebird Care Conwy & Denbighshire team.

Rachael Plummer - Care Coordinator
Having grown up in Denbighshire and cared for her own grandmother, Rachael understands firsthand what a difference compassionate, reliable care can make to individuals and their families. With over 20 years of experience in the health and social care sector progressing from Care Worker to Care Team Supervisor and now Care Coordinator at Bluebird Care Conwy & Denbighshire she brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for people to her role. Level 3 qualified in Adult Health and Social Care, Rachael is responsible for coordinating care calls across the service, carefully planning schedules to ensure every client receives the right care, from the right person, at the right time. Her warm and friendly approach means clients and families always feel reassured they are in safe and caring hands. Rachael is proud to play her part in supporting people across the local community to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

It began when Paul & Lisa Tarsey, inspired by the need for more flexible, personal care options, decided to move away from residential care services and create a home care model that truly put the customer at the centre. This model emphasised delivering dignified, respectful care tailored to individual needs, in a way that allowed people to maintain their independence and quality of life.
