We recently received our 2018 report from the Regulatory and Quality Improvement Agency (RQIA) following an unannounced inspection in March.The overall outcome of our inspection was very positive and reported that there were ‘no areas of improvement identified'.
The Inspector found examples of good practice throughout, and Customers and Staff were very positive in their comments
