In February 2021, we received an unannounced inspection from the Regulatory and Quality Improvement Agency (RQIA)
The RQIA is our independent regulatory board who are responsible for monitoring and inspecting the quality of health & social care services in Northern Ireland.
The outcome of the Inspector’s unannounced inspection visit was very positive, and highlighted our good practice in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) in relation to Covid-19.
The Inspector made contact with Customers and staff members, who reported very positive feedback on our service.
