RQIA Inspection Report
The RQIA is the independent body responsible for monitoring and inspecting the quality and availability of health and social care services in Northern Ireland. It is also responsible for encouraging improvements within these services.
Our most recent Regulatory and Quality Improvement Agency (RQIA) inspection was unannounced and took place in February 2021.
The Inspector was very positive about the service we provide, and highlighted our good practice in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) in relation to Covid-19.
The Inspector spoke with Customers and staff members and the feedback was all very positive.
